Working with Lesly through the South Salt Lake Mural Fest was a fantastic experience. She introduced us to artist Sandra Fettingis, whose stunning mural on the exterior of Dented Brick® Distillery beautifully reflects our craft — transforming grain into spirits like whiskey, vodka, and rum. Lesly’s leadership and coordination were exceptional, ensuring the project ran smoothly and that the artistic vision aligned perfectly with the spirit of our brand. Coming to a new city to paint is always a little daunting. Lesly made the experience seamless. It was as if I was meeting up with an old friend I hadn't seen in a long time. She was such an incredible host and organizer. Everything I needed to hit the ground running was in place, and the events were all worth stopping painting to attend (which I barely stop to eat when I'm painting). I absolutely loved working and becoming friends with Lesly and her team.

I participated in the 2023 Mural Fest in South Salt Lake, UT. This festival was run by Lesly Allen and her team; it was extremely well-organized and incredibly inviting. Herself and her team made South Salt Lake feel like a home away from home which is extremely difficult to accomplish especially when running a mural festival with multiple other out of state and local artists and all the ins and outs that come with that organization. The mural curation itself was excellent; there were an array of creative styles and subjects that brought an ever-exciting presence to The Mural Fest 2023. I cannot speak more highly of Lesly and am extremely honored and grateful to have taken part in The Mural Fest!
